COVID-19

The safety of our customers and staff is our priority. keep-up-to date with changes we have made across our sites in response to COVID-19.

Euro Auctions is a global business with a presence in over 12 countries. We are closely monitoring government guidelines for all countries and working within these to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers.

With the rapidly changing situation a number of our sites have been closed due to government restrictions. Please consult our homepage for notifications on which sites are closed. For those sites still open, please contact us to discuss collection of equipment. All sites remain closed to the public and we have introduced measures to protect our yard team, which is being continually reviewed to ensure we are safeguarding their health and safety. 

Many of our auctions have now moved to online only bidding, keep up-to-date with which format each auction is taking by consulting our website regularly. Auction selling formats can change at any time.


What we’re currently doing

  • We are closely monitoring the situation in order to safeguard both employees and customers.
  • We have conducted a deep clean of all office and auction facility areas.
  • We are communicating regularly with staff at all sites to ensure best practise guidelines are being followed in terms of hygiene and prevention.
  • We have introduced hand-sanitising stations at all auction sites.
  • We are restricting all non-essential company travel to and from high-risk countries.
  • We have briefed all auction teams on the safeguarding measures.
  • We are imposing a self-isolation for any staff member who has travelled to or from a high-risk country and/or those who have been in close contact with someone who has coronavirus.
  • We are following government guidance regarding organised events.  
  • We are facilitating working from home where possible and we are operating on a skeleton staff base to process payments to sellers who require the funds to maintain their businesses. 
  • Social distancing has been implemented across all our sites.

We will continue to actively monitor the situation and follow government guidance and we will communicate any changes to our auction schedules.
