Transport Coordinator - Full Time - Permanent

Euro Auctions is a world leading auctioneer of industrial, plant, construction & agricultural equipment. With sites in UK, Germany, Spain, Australia, Abu Dhabi & USA Euro Auctions conducts 50+ auctions selling thousands of Lots every year.

Based at our headquarters in Dromore, Co.Tyrone, the Transport Coordinator along with the existing Logistics Team will assist with the timely and economic coordination transport of customer stock by land or sea. This role is also solely responsible for liaising with customers who request dimensions.

The Job

• Assist with obtaining quotes and raising customer and purchase orders.
• Obtain and respond to customer request for dimensions.
• Assist with coordinating third party equipment being shipped and transported worldwide ensuring all loads are hauled timely meeting all auction and shipping deadlines.
• Complete customs declarations and any regulatory paperwork as required.
• Communicate and update other departments on status of loads.

The Requirements

• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Willing to work in a yard environment.
• Excellent forward planning skills with the ability to problem solve in pressured situations.
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills and experience of data entry.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and experience working to tight deadlines.
• Ability to report and summarise.
• Fluency in English is essential and at least one other language preferably.
• Spanish, German or French would be desirable.
