The Job
Provide on-going IT support to the group of companies globally.
Review and management of website, auction images and search facility.
Setup and manage end user access, 365 mail, Security, Print and mobile deployments through Active Directory.
Assist with Technical and Operational Support for Windows 2016/2019 Servers including Domain Controllers, Exchange 2019/365, WSUS, SQL, Dynamics CRM, Altaro Backup and Sage on a Cloud hosted platform.
PC Support for Windows 10/11, Virtual Pc’s and Operational Support for IP Telephony, Cloud hosting & Mobile Apps including Power BI reporting.
Operational Auction setup and support including e-Clerking, score-boarding, Audio-Visual, CCTV, Image & Video Management & Customer Service.
Worldwide Travel available & Essential.
The person
This role requires an organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and you should have the ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

All placement opportunities are based at Headquarters in Dromore, Co. Tyrone.
