Euro Auctions puts 1000’s of ‘smaller’ lots up for auction

Special event on Friday 28th April for A-Plant fleet renewal and Hewden disposal

Hot on the heals of several really successful major plant and equipment sales already delivered this year, Euro Auctions is putting on a special ‘one day’ sale in Leeds on Friday 28th April focused on selling a plethora of A-Plant ‘fleet renewal’ lots and the remaining Hewden plant.

Small Equipment Deals

“Anyone looking to pick up a good deal on a whole range of small equipment should put this one-day auction in Leeds on Friday 28th April in the diary,” stated Jonnie Keys, Operations Manager for Euro Auctions.  “This is the seventh auction we have held for A-Plant in order to dispose of its older equipment as an ongoing element of its upgrade and update programme. We’ve also brought together from across the UK the final pieces of equipment previously owned by Hewden and combined these with hundreds of smaller lots like hand operated compaction plates, compressors, portable generators and tower lighting systems, plus so much more.”

One of the largest pieces of used construction equipment included in this sale is a 2008 Terex AC60 mobile crane; the last remaining one which didn’t make it to the record breaking Euro Auction delivered event in Newark in early March that saw 127 units sold in just four hours for a record breaking €31.8m.

Other lots in this sale include over 30 telehandlers including a variety of JCB models; there’s a good choice of over 20 swivel skip dumpers; plus an array of mini excavator from JCB and Kubota, all well maintained and prepared for sale.  There is also a good selection of access equipment including a selection of JLG 1250ES, 800AJ and 450AJ cherry pickers plus Genie and Skytrak scissor lifts.
